"The Psychotropic Mind"

The idea of the” Psychotropic Mind” was to do a show based entirely on the altering, elevating, and expansion of perception.  Life’s mysterious journey can be influenced by hours of concentration, breathing exercises, chanting of transcendental sound vibrations, plant medicines, psychoactive substances as well many other forms of austerity,practice, belief, ritual, work, ceremony, and an honest development of the artistic process.  When the aim is to align with the true essence of the miracle of this life, we can uncover a true profound understanding of this cosmic beauty that is available to all. The work that will be shown will be presented with the idea that each image might resonate on a similar frequency as it was received. The vibration of each painting was carefully approached with intent of sharing of information and to express expansion of the mind through contact with the divine.  Our consciousness unites us on many dimensions and planes,  The symbols and patterns I’m working with aim to express that unifying principal to the best of my human ability. May each figure, color, line, and angle be received with its true intent, That intent being Love and Peace always.
